30-Day Self-Love Challenge

You’re here! It means, just like most of us, it’s also a struggle for you to love yourself, and you’re consciously trying to do something about it. Our friends from Just Bare It made this 30-day self-love challenge to remind us that much as we give love to others, we also need to learn to love ourselves. It’s a long way to go, but here’s to help you kickstart your self-love journey!

Day 1: Write down 5 things you’re grateful for everyday.

Day 2: Make a list of the things you like about yourself.

Day 3: Start each day by telling yourself something really positive.

Day 4: Practice saying “no”.

Day 5: Ask someone for help.

Day 6: What is a compliment that you struggle to accept about yourself?

Day 7: What do you need to forgive yourself for?

Day 8: What is the most loving thing you’ve ever done for yourself?

Day 9: Name a thing you love about your body and your personality.

Day 10: What’s something in your life that you need to get rid of?

Day 11: Shut off your email and cellphone for an hour.

Day 12: Do something for yourself without guilt.

Day 13: Move your body! Walk/run/dance anything!

Day 14: When someone offers you a compliment, simply say, “Thank you.”

Day 15: Make it a priority to get eight hours of sleep.

Day 16: How can you set better boundaries in your life?

Day 17: What in your life do you need to slow down and take your time?

Day 18: How can you give yourself a break today?

Day 19: What does your support system look like now? How can you make it stronger?

Day 20: What’s one choice you can make right now that your future self will thank you for?

Day 21: Immerse yourself in nature.

Day 22: Celebrate your wins no matter how big or small.

Day 23: Step outside of your comfort zone and try something new.

Day 24: Find your happy place.

Day 25: Save money — taking care of yourself and your future.

Day 26: What things make you feel bad, but you find yourself doing them anyway?

Day 27: What is something you need to start saying “yes” to?

Day 28: When was the last time you indulge yourself and how?

Day 29: What would your younger self be proud of your for today?

Day 30: Going forward, how can you commit to loving yourself every day?
