30-Day Self-Love Challenge
You’re here! It means, just like most of us, it’s also a struggle for you to love yourself, and you’re consciously trying to do something about it. Our friends from Just Bare It made this 30-day self-love challenge to remind us that much as we give love to others, we also need to learn to love ourselves. It’s a long way to go, but here’s to help you kickstart your self-love journey!

Day 1: Write down 5 things you’re grateful for everyday.
Day 2: Make a list of the things you like about yourself.
Day 3: Start each day by telling yourself something really positive.
Day 4: Practice saying “no”.
Day 5: Ask someone for help.
Day 6: Give yourself a compliment that you struggle to accept.
Day 7: When someone offers you a compliment, simply say, “Thank you.”
Day 8: Name the most loving thing you’ve ever done for yourself.
Day 9: Celebrate your wins no matter how big or small.
Day 10: Name something in your life that you need to get rid of.
Day 11: Shut off your email and cellphone for an hour.
Day 12: Do something for yourself without guilt.
Day 13: Move your body! Walk/run/dance anything!
Day 14: Forgive yourself.
Day 15: Make it a priority to get eight hours of sleep.
Day 16: List a way to set better boundaries in your life.
Day 17: Name a thing in your life that you need to slow down and take your time.
Day 18: Give yourself a break today.
Day 19: Describe your support system now. How can you make it stronger?
Day 20: Name one choice you can make right now that your future self will thank you for.
Day 21: Immerse yourself in nature.
Day 22: Write down what you love about your body and your personality.
Day 23: Step outside of your comfort zone and try something new.
Day 24: Name something you need to start saying “yes” to.
Day 25: Save money — taking care of yourself and your future.
Day 26: List the things that make you feel bad, but you find yourself doing anyway.
Day 27: Find your happy place.
Day 28: Recall the last time you indulged yourself and describe how.
Day 29: Name something that your younger self would be proud of today.
Day 30: Going forward, commit to loving yourself every day.
